Donation Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Voluntary Contributions

Women Vision relies on generous donations to sustain free coaching, tailoring machines, and sanitary napkin distribution in Banthara, Lucknow. Because funds are allocated promptly to ground projects, contributions are generally non-refundable.

2. Erroneous or Duplicate Donations

If you made an accidental duplicate donation or entered an incorrect amount due to a banking error, please inform us within 7 days of the transaction at contact@womenvission.in with your transaction reference number, proof of deduction, and bank statement snippet.

3. Refund Processing

Upon verification, eligible refund requests will be processed back to the original source account via NEFT/UPI within 7-10 working days.
